Saw it on the worlds tallest imax and I just kept thinking about how it took $250 million, massive practical effects, location shots, some of the best talent in hollywood, the biggest cameras, the biggest and best film, based on a story that literally coined the term "epic" all just to make the world's okay-est movie.

That's it. It was fine.

I do wish we got the Achilles on the Hades-Beach scene. The movies already 3 fucking hours long... but Achilles saying "Id rather be a slave still alive than the world greatest warrior dead" is an interesting sentiment

Gonna go hardcore far right chud and say you can't make that scene today (because as much as they cried about black people in the odyssey, having Achilles say that would've had them putting themselves or their idiot fans on the news)
