I’m always blown away by everyday people who want to remove any laws constraining corporations. It’s clear they don’t understand history or the balance of power in this world. They’re essentially saying, “I’d like large groups of people driven entirely by greed to make all the decisions that shape the world around me, and I’d like to remove the only power structure that gives me any recourse when they run roughshod over the environment, my health, and my rights as a consumer.”

They want a cyberpunk dystopia, they are delusional to think that they will be rich but they won’t rich, they will end up being wage slaves

It's temporarily embarrassed billionaire syndrome. They don't want laws limiting corpos because they think, for whatever reason, that that might be them some day.
