I have a problem with the last two conditions specifically. I should not lose my rights because someone else fucked up.
As a disclaimer - I'm a liberal (well, actually registered independent, because I feel the dems are too conservative on many things) and don't currently own a gun currently, but I believe 2nd amendment rights are for all Americans. It's a core tenet of our constitution.
That’s the whole point. To disenfranchise you. Thats why they are juxtaposing it to guns. Because they know they’d never agree to it.
Oh, gotcha. I had a total brain fart reading this, didn't realize it was in relation to the voting act. I hate everything about that too. Voting is a right and a responsibility. It's not a limited privilege to be taken away because some dickhead thinks we're a "naughty baby" or whatever.
