And somehow "Everyone is welcome" is permitted. These types of restrictions suck regardless of political notices but the right makes it so much dumber.

There are those who are welcome.
Looking at the list, it seems to me that they're trying to rein in conservative hate speech, either by stopping conservative teachers from posting discriminatory signs, or by stopping conservatives from complaining about progressive signs. They are in a very conservative area.
But in the process, they are pissing the progressives off, too.
Progressives getting mad about progress?

Limiting the speech of teachers is not "progress".
Two reasons immediately come to mind. One, whatever else this is, it's a limitation on free speech. The more wily reason is that conservatives don't seem to think about things too deeply, so if progressives put up a fuss, conservatives will simply assume that they're winning.
