The lack of study of women's anatomy is abysmal.
The clitoris wasn't fully anatomically described until 2005.
I always forget this fact because it’s so incredulous. Then I re-learn it every time. I’m not looking forward to Alzheimer's
I carry this factoid with me out of pure rage and spite.
We also use male dummies in most tests so try not to need your seat belt or ever need cpr if you are a woman

I declined Heimlich practice because my training partner was a particularly large chested female. I was about 23 and her crew leader. She was prob 22.

It would have been difficult not to in this case. And it was in front of a whole bunch of people. I was young and uncomfortable with it. She was too.
"Comfort is more important than safety" is a mindset that gets a lot of people killed.

I assume by helping normalize them into the mental model of "CPR patient" which overrides all other aspects of social propriety. "Don't touch boobs without permission" is a big rule so plenty of people are going to have to manually override it in the decision making if you haven't been desensitized to the fact that some CPR patients have them.
I also suspect that the awkwardness of what to do with them while doing chest compressions is helpful, especially ones big enough to move around as you do them.

Before I met her, my wife went to an anatomy course in which the teacher apparently said women couldn't have kinks (though I believe the word used was "philia").
I wonder how many of these teachers telling others that women don't like sex were just in denial about their own dead bedroom at home. "Oh honey, nono, it's not you, it's that women just aren't interested in sex in general! Now go off and earn your paycheck, I need to give some special instructions to the pool boy. You know how particular I am about the state of our pool!"
i feel like it's a good default assumption for any "negative" sex-related thing. See also "of course being gay is a choice! I only give in to my depraved urges to throat 15 feet of sailor dick a couple of times per year!"

Unfortunately there surrounds a whole lot of stigma around studying the female sex of humans. We know more about how one of horses or cows function, because if someone is seeking funding to study the human female sex there is an immediate opinion you're just a perv.
I read a few interviews about this quite a while ago, I'll try to find them...
These days it's considered DEI and just gets defunded.
