On the one hand, cabbage is cabbage, and that's pretty fuckin good. On the other hand, brussel sprouts are like tiny cabbages, and aren't small versions of things better
I cut my sprouts in half and pan fry them face down with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Absolutely stellar!
Yknow what I've been so busy roasting them and deep frying them that i haven't done that yet
