Hot take: I really don't like the dub version of Scarlet. She sounds like someone really hamming it up for a youtube fandub, whereas her tone in the Japanese audio feels colder and angrier. It's like unflinching repressed rage vs someone being silly on youtube and trying not to laugh while doing the lines.
