The reason you don't remember Hazel's "other" Suntory Penguin video is probably because that was her worst performing video ever, which she believes was because the 'grithm didn't like that she put "beer" in the video title, and accordingly refused to show her video in anybody's recommendations. So, seeing the garbage numbers her latest labor of love was pulling, Hazel took her Suntory Penguin video down around six months ago, and said she'd reupload it "within a few weeks" with the necessary changes to hopefully please Our Benefactors — naturally, Hofstadter's law kicked in, and so that reupload only came a few days ago.

To iu koto wa, yes, the latest Hazel video is just a reupload of the Suntory Penguin video she made half a year ago. I remember seeing the original upload in my subscription feed and excitedly adding it to my watch later, only for it to be gone by the next time I checked my watch later...
