Most of these "remember the hostages" protests are anti-zionist.

That is definitely not true. Why would someone who believes that Israel should not exist do a protest in support of the war interests of Israel? That makes no sense. Anyone who is anti-Zionist recognizes that the hostages will be released when Israel agrees to a permanent ceasefire. All of the "remember the hostages" ""protests"" are demanding that the Israeli hostages are released without a ceasefire in Gaza.

You can visibly see the Israel flags in the video footage of the Boulder Mall Attack. If those people are anti-Zionist then why are they carrying Zionist flags? The Mike Huckabee press statement even says "group of pro-Israel demonstrators in Colorado".

There are anarchist Israelis.

The reason the hostages are hostages is because of Israeli's occupation.

The reason the hostages are still hostages is because Netanyaho doesn't want to face criminal charges and won't agree to peace.

Most of these protests, especially the ones in Israel, are anti-Likud if not anti-zionist. Calling to free the hostages is calling to kick Likud out of office and sign a deal to end the genocide. Because at this point all of the family members of hostages know that their loved ones will die in Gaza under the current government, because of the current government. And those families blame the Israeli government for their death.

All of the "remember the hostages" ""protests"" are demanding that the Israeli hostages are released without a ceasefire in Gaza

That's absolutely not true. It sounds like you haven't been paying attention to these protests in Israel

You're posting in a thread about a US politician blaming US media for attacks on US supporters of Israel, for US media correctly reporting that Israel is doing a genocide in Gaza. How does your comment relate to pro-Israel protests in the US? The "bring home the hostages" statements within the US are not anti-war; people who say "bring home the hostages" want Israel to annex Gaza.

Secondly, I have been following news about protests happening in Israel. Anarchism in Israel is a small fringe movement, which does not make up "most of these protests". The only protest that I have slight sympathy for in Israel is Mesarvot, because it's teenagers who are being jailed for refusing to serve in the IOF and even then it's like maybe a dozen members.

The "bring home the hostages" protests in Israel are not anti-Zionist. Some of them have been described as "anti-war" or "anti-Netanyahu", but never "anti-Zionist". Anti-Netanyahu is a crafted designation which seeks to place all blame on Netanyahu to wash Zionism of its crimes against Palestinians. Anti-Netanyahu protests in Israel are not anti-Zionism. It's exactly like when a corporation does a bunch of bad stuff and then they just replace the CEO to take all of the blame.

There's maybe like a total of 50 Israelis in all of Israel Occupied Territory who would describe themselves as "anti-Zionist". Anti-Zionism is not a movement that exists within Israel.
