Congrats on your boobs!!!
i love my boobs so much. I have figured out exactly which foods and supplements make mine ache the most and that's all i eat pretty much. They are sore and growing every day and it fills me with euphoria.
My cis wife taught me how to rub them without pain; with the bottom of three fingers pressed together stiffly, from the edge of the areola, out and away while pressing down, and this really helps when they get super sore and tender. Evening primrose oil also helps with the ache.
may i ask what those foods and supplements are? things to put on my next shopping list...
yes but remember bodies are different and i used the soreness (which so far has always preceded growth for me) as my own guide star
i take a multi vitamin, folic acid and biotin most days. For food they want protein. I eat a ton of soy milk, soy beans in rice, tofu and refried beans. mung bean egg substitute is primo. Veggie meat that's high in protein mixed into fried rice when it's cheap. I make sure I eat protein with every meal and extra if they stop being sore.
air fried tofu with peanut sauce and tofu scramble are super tasty and super easy to make. I sometimes eat cottage cheese but i'm cutting down. they also like alcohol but i'm cutting down on that.
good luck sisters may the maiden bless you!!!
thank you very much for the direction!
