They are bombing Yemen, because the houthis are attacking our boats. Transportation ships. Never fuck with US international commerce.

Money? Isn’t that what they ask for in return of the cargo? It’s either a bomb or a random. It’s terrorism
And why did they stop for seven weeks?
This is America. The money is in treating the symptom, not the cause. Who cares why they're doing it, or that the likely cause is a valid grievance against something the U.S. is doing, when the U S. can put on a display of might to justify the war machine budget?

What civilian boats have the Houthis attacked since they reinstated the blockade?
They attack all boats except those from countries that do not support Israel.
The stated goal is to push for the alienation of Israel until it ends the crimes against humanity it is committing in Gaza.
The latest blockade is Israel exclusive. So far no reports of the Houthis attacking commercial boats yet.
Though like the last time the Houthis may expand to pressure other participants in the genocide.
They are attacking whatever they can, including ships of their allies. Last time I checked the wiki page with the listed targets I did not even see a ship from Israel.
This was before the ceasefire in Gaza. After the ceasefire they announced another blockade starting with only Israeli ships.
So far I do not think they have even attacked a ship yet. Except American aircraft carriers which bombed Yemen first.
In the text thread, they admit only 4% of US trade goes through the Red Sea. They question whether or not they should do it using that number, along side the EU’s 40% trade.
They even admit to NOT wanting to do it for the very purpose of hurting Europe.

We’ve always kept a freedom of navigation policy. Anyone who does piracy or destroys civilian ships usually gets fucked up. These people do not care about the Palestinians if they did they had plenty of land to accept some refugees. Is Yemen accepting Palestinian refugees to save them from genocide? Or are they just doing more violence?
