If you anglicize it, I don't think Joseph Steel {man} is any worse as a name than John {Black} Smith
And having the name Smith implies that you can, or at least should be able to, wield muscle and fire to turn raw iron in to steel tools or weapons as needed. It's a bad ass title to hold.
That being said, Mr. Yusuf Goulashvili's last, if not original name isn't bad
