Another rule: don't promote minority rule over any country, especially an Arab nationalist one, with Sunni over Shia majority or Alawi over Sunni majority. (God damn it, Baathism)

That is an unstable dynamic and contradiction waiting to happen.

jbp Well that depends on what you mean the same area, the continuity, and whether they're a majority or a minority there
