...is that he can't tell anyone about it. It's like being a superhero and having to hide your identity. I hope he has a few ride-or-die homies that know so he can celebrate.

Not impossible they're 1) dying or 2) lost or is losing someone they love, because of the atrocious healthcare industry. So they may have found the catharsis they needed, and don't need to speak of it, at least until their deathbed
