That one guy who became the defence secretary whose only qualification was being on Fox News.

Fox News could have done a prank and occasionally some random guy appeared who they called their "crime and medicine expert". Also "Hannibal Lecter" was on the chyron for an extraordinarily long time with each appearance. Trump would have at least nominated him to be Assistant Director of the FBI or something.
