I mean, if they were going to bomb the Midwest, there are several places in Wisconsin I could have suggested
Make sure the Figi's factory is on the list. Those so-called "fresh" cheese curds have really taken a nosedive in quality in recent years.
Having moved away, I have to say my curd choices have diminished greatly
There's a cheesemonger about an hour's drive away from me. It's fantastic stepping into that massive refrigerator and just inhaling all the cheeses.
