Scheduling it during an election year guarantees the DNC will attempt to undermine and dismantle it in the intervening 4 years under the cover of the second term carte blanche and if Trump wins then the state's urge to deploy the Supreme Court hammer down on the concept of unionism increases
Interesting strategy, I assume the union leadership understand this move falls outside of the electoral anti-Trump DNC/Union consortium that's defined labor talk these last 4 years, this is throwing down the gauntlet and a direct challenge to the state, a state that will be even more decomposed in 4 years
This has the potential to be the biggest Pikachu face since the PATCO Strike or the funniest series of happy accidents
