As a kid I never knew who Dan Quail was except that his name was used for the lowest rank in Civilization II. I never usually scored higher than this.
I remember that, pretty solid burn from the usually lib Civilization series.
Back in the 90's libs still had a few bones left in their spines
The severity of the Civilization series's global warming effects got less severe as global warming became more politicized.
