Idk if this will help you, but few things I did and still do sometimes are watching comedy movies or shows, playing light video games to distract me and also change my diet.
Not that I'm completely cured but they were a little bit more than enough for me to have energy to live my life. Of course this takes some times but as long I don't have to be depressed and anxious every night to sleep, I take it.
