Ah, I am still at a loss sadly. I think I just need to rewatch this stuff =<
I had a thinky-thank on this and circled back because I had an idea sitting there in the back of my head and I couldn't bring it to the front. It hit me just a second ago, I think Dash Shaw has dialogue but has large swaths of visual chaos and movement. You can check him out here and consider grabbing his work if you can. Outside of that, there's surely others but I am drawing a blank. I think there are books in general that I have loved that aren't void of dialogue but express quite a bit in their panels. Not Simple by Natsume Ono is one of those novels and just seeing the little bits of it mean quite a bit. It's a dramatic ride though, just an fyi. Also, please consider grabbing it if you're willing. I am baffled as to what that woman can do with line.
While this is a dialogue rich novel, Asterios Polyp was quite an amazing read. While I no longer own it, I think fondly of it (and did so even a couple of days ago). It's just a big chunky boy, and it's hard to keep with - so I gave my copy to a friend who loves it =)
Hope you might like any of these =)
Damn, I really wish I could say but it's beyond me. You've got me needing to watch these old ones now though =P
He was seeing something sensual and then it turned into something like his sister-in-law and so it struck him with fear? I can't remember. The only thing I remember where he was sitting around in a tux was when he was telling a lie to Marge about where he was when he was drinking =P! I wish I remembered though.
No worries =)! Mine too. Have you seen Princess Tutu? It's also quite good =)
Not pictured are 500 sea lions hanging out below =)
Wonderful job, looks great! The best piece might be on the inside. It's got a great grain.
My partner has a rare type of colorblindness that makes certain comfy games completely unplayable. I wanna scream at the screen, because I wish that it were easier in this life to make things more accessible for all people in general. I sit in the same camp with you, the more the merrier when it comes to support. I get sad when I open a game, and I see nothing (cause the first thing I do is always check the options). I tend to not buy games with certain things like flashy effects, qtes, or a need for fast reflects. As you can tell, I'm not PVE-er =P!
Aww, looks like official art =)!
Also, love Utena. I've tried to geek out with folks over it, but have never found a person to do so with all my years. It's got some cringey bits, but I think the cringe is just a part of the show in general. Heheheh, Utena. I <3 it! Good luck drawing for Prime, whatever that is =P!
To be honest, I get what you're saying here although I've played all their games. I think of the bunch I disliked Bastion the most. It felt like an empty PSX game. I liked Transistor, but the catch is that it needed to be played pretty much surrounding their pause-the-battle technique which was okay but it really kind of sucks to me whenever I have any game use this technique. I would have much rather it had been a full turn-based game. I like turn-based games though. There is some viking game that plays like a janky-table top where it's semi-turnbased and it was absolutely awful for it.
Mind you, I like Transistor due to its story. Which I think is the same reason why I liked Pyre. The setting, it was quite nice and if I could remove the mini-games from the game I would. Hades, I liked because they took characters the size of tic-tacs and turned them into three-dimensional beings. That was quite nice. They played on a lot of anime tropes. The gameplay was good, but it was a bit too challenging for me. I dropped it relatively early due to this. I pretty much sit in the same camp now. I wondered if maybe I had aged out of their target audience but I will probably never play one of their games again. It's just not my bag.
Oh, I bet you that felt so pleasing to the hand. The texture of those cabinets, and then the smoothness of a chisel tip. Actually, I am not sure if you used a chisel tip or not, but it's just what I am imagining. I think actually a fine tip would not feel as nice, but would be quite okay. Is the white a paint pen? Was probably fun either way.

This is why I don't mind having an old device, even if it's not crispy-clean or in color.
