This is my first time seeing itsnotits in the wild on Lemmy.

Before your edit, I would have walked away thinking they are a joke account that writes "its" for every grammatical situation, even if its incorrect.

Eh, NPR mentions a "sustained donation" during their monthly support pledge drive.

There's also Patreon for ongoing support for content, and newspaper/media outlet subscriptions for ~~un~~ less-biased coverage like The Guardian.

I'm not defending elder financial abuse by any means, only widening the lens with examples.

This is stupid, but I propose something like:

"X VanTwitter"

Which keeps the familial association to its former identity in a widely recognizable way.

Perhaps De/Der/DenTwitter.

Like I said, stupid. 😂

Espresso with an S!

It's counterintuitive since making an espresso shot with a warmed up machine is quite fast. 😜

I am a simple man: I see a post about recreational anticholinergics, I copypasta my own words again -

  • It will give you a much higher chance of developing dementia if it's used for more than 3 years at regular doses indicated for sleep. There was a Harvard study on it that I will forever PSA about:

It is genius.

Repetition drills stuff into your brain, and in this case it is radicalizing puritan thinking.
