I have the same dental situation. It's miserable. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this! I hope someone is able to help you and you can get this figured out ASAP.

I think I remember reading that hexbear uses comment activity for the sorting algorithm thingy more than upvotes, so hopefully this comment is helpful even though I'm not able to contribute monetarily (I'm sorry!)
