I wouldn’t think “never” is an option for models that don’t have AOD.

Is that toggled on?
It’s the combination of StandBy display timeout set to “never” and what looks like constant MagSafe charging. They’re going to need that graphene heat sink system that’s rumored for the 16 or 17 Pro. lol
It took my 11 Pro like three and a half years of moderately heavy use to get down to 85% rating. And that was with an amount of screen time I don’t care to admit to, tons of cellular data and streaming, lots of wireless charging and 18W charging otherwise, zero craps given about charging habits…
What are you doing with your iPhone?
- That is a refurb or secondhand iPhone. It is not new, because
- Apple doesn’t add a lens protector to the camera array the back and array housing are one solid piece and
- That is add-on placed by the previous owner.
So if the iPhone is just new-to-you, then you can remove that and order another from Amazon if you’re inclined. I prefer individual covers as a one-piece can transfer the force of impact and crack your actual iPhone back glass.
If Verizon claimed this was unsold stock, I’d have an angry word with them.
15 Pro Max (from 11 Pro)
Had it about a month and it’s going great. Having fun playing with the camera and taking advantage of the MagSafe ecosystem. I’ve also found I like Dynamic Island for presentation of system notices. If it could only fade away for fullscreen media and games, it would be perfect. It probably will, when they inevitably go to under-screen Face ID. I could see it just materializing from the edges when needed and fading away otherwise.
I almost have enough battery life to just leave it on 80% Limit for charging. If they reissue MagSafe Battery Packs with USBC, I’ll be doing that and just using the pack on the long days.
ProMotion/120 Hz is just great. Thought I didn’t notice at first… until put it back in low power mode the first time and then I couldn’t unsee the difference when scrolling and such.
I didn’t use the fast charger with my AWU at first. IIRC, it charged from around 20-30% to 80-100% (optimized limit) in about six hours a night, even with the optimized charging pause.
That better be optional.
And occasionally AirPods with Find My integration will still occasionally false positive the owner or a travel companion
my Samsung watch was shaped like a watch
Don’t act like you never ever seen a rectangular watch before. 🤣😉
In addition to the other Redditor’s suggestion to reset his sleep schedule and any other scheduled focus modes that might be interfering — were there any issues setting the Watch up?
