ahh yeah that's what we know as a 'dutch baby' where i'm at, poured into a hot cast iron pan and baked it is very similar. I have never tried it with sourdough but it sounds lovely. Yours is divine very nice job :)

I DID IT!!!!!!!
Gave myself my first E injection, right in my thigh.
Not entirely flawless but i'll get better at it! I think that first one will be the worst; it did not really hurt much even with my goof.
