I liked Vow of the Disciple. Atmospheric and a pretty cool boss fight. It opened up a whole bunch of lore as well that I found super interesting.

I guess they waited until they had a better idea of what they could offer over the longer season and the day before the next dlc is about as long as you could wait really.

Endorse-Expand-Extingush or some variation. In essence you:

  1. Adopt the technologies.
  2. Expand within the community and inflate user interaction.
  3. Cut off the free elements / monopolise the platform
