Solitary confinement (which he has been put in unprompted multiple times) can make a person go insane, sleeping on a concrete floor with a back that had to be reconstructed can and will cause irreversible damage.

It hasn't been updated in quite awhile, and I have heard some Lemmy features are still broken - I think some types of inline images and markdown mainly, and some upcoming api changes may break it completely in the nearish future.

iirc the reason it isn't used still is because even with it being trained by highly skilled professionals, it had some pretty bad biases with race and gender, and was only as accurate as it was with white, male patients.
Plus the publicly released results were fairly cherry picked for their quality.
