I hate how this guy and other guys like him have become the face of longevity science. Because in principle, I see nothing long with trying to extend and/or regain youth. Getting older sucks, and not just for the majority of hexbear that are aging milennials, but think of your parents and grandparents, suffering from things just because of advanced age. I see nothing wrong with extending your lifespan in a healthy way. Imagine living long enough to see and experience many beautiful things with enough energy to enjoy it. In theory it shouldn't be too hard, just tweak things here and there to make your body think it's 21 again or something like that I dunno.
