Elon Musk really is like the purest example of the fact that the people who run everything are the stupidest humans the world has ever seen.
I expected him to say that they were going to fully pivot to some other business model and so the advertisers leaving would be irrelevant.
I was not expecting him to fully acknowledge that advertisers leaving would absolutely destroy the company, bluntly tell them to do exactly that (using the biggest advertiser-unfriendly no-no word in the process), and then try to effectively blackmail those companies back by implying that they would be beholdant to ~~the people of~~ "earth" when their very reasonable hesitance to engage with a very clearly unstable lunatic's business predictably ends the thing that everybody already very vocally feels has been completely ruined by his presence.
