It looks like furry uncanny valley to me, like someone who exclusively draws furry erotica was forced to draw a human woman. Which loops back around to looking like AI because of how something doesn't feel quite right.

It's also the shading as someone else pointed out. It's inconsistent and too soft.
We are reaching a point where anything amateur and cartoony that uses gradients or lighting effects will be deemed as slop. Feel for the decent artists who put in the extra effort. Shitty wojack-esque art styles will be the only thing not immediately dismissed as slop.
