A cartel is a form of monopolistic association or agreements between companies that retain their financial and production independence. Those agreements can be about laying down exclusive spheres of commercial influence, sale terms, product diversity, trade volume regulation, pricing etc.

The marginal propensity to consume(MPC) is the metric quantified as ratio of consumtion spending and income.

As an example - if you spend 9 coins with a salary of 10, your MPC = 0.9. It becomes impossible to accumulate any large amount of savings, and because of this you're often forced to overpay. Coupled with mortgage, for example, we get the current household market: with high MPC It's near impossible to save up for an apartment costing 8 millions, which leads you to overpay a total of 27 millions to the bank over the next 25 years.

Commission pay is a form of wage calculation where each employee is paid a percentage of the profits based on their labour.

Commission pay is usually applied in one of its various forms to managers and retailers, but It could - in theory - be applied to most workers. Products are sold by sales reps, but the sale itself isn't happening solely due to the reps' efforts - or that of a marketing team. Base craftsmanship quality of a piece or service is still a factor in any sale and adds to the value of a product.

Cooperative(usually abbreviated to co-op) is an "autonomous association of people who voluntarily join together to meet their common needs in a democratically controlled joint venture". There's more than one type of co-op in economics; in our case it's a worker cooperative: simple workers joining together in a democratic fashion to alleviate business hardships while fairly distributing the rewards.

Social ownership (of the means of production) is the antipode to private ownership(#31) - it's when all members of a society own all the means of production of said society. In our case, the "society" in question is the collective working the workshop.
