Sometimes. I recall someone who snitched on Luigi went unrewarded.
Convince people that you gotta ask to be paid upfront when narcing on comrades. Then we can exploit this for cash by offering up chuds. Win-win. Either they realize their will be no reward or we can get paid to bog down the narc pipeline.
