Was wiring a sound system during a party in a room that had previously been used for storage; when the work was done the friend who was keeping me company asked "should I bring some people in here"? And I responded, "No, they'll know momentarily" as I queued up war pigs at full volume.
Maybe hot black Sabbath take, I think War Pigs is a bit mid. Paranoid in generally is the weakest of their first 4 albums imo. I also wish Iron Man was an instrumental cause those vocals ruin it for me. It DOES however have Electric Funeral which mau be their vest I'm Masters of Reality gang for best overall album.

I'd have to go with Bark at the Moon for radio Ozzy which is all I know of his solo stuff. NIB is a sick tune
They rhyme "masses" with "masses", any song that does that is peak. Like Pitbull rhyming Kodak with Kodak.

I think Sabbath with Ozzy and Sabbath with Dio are both good
they've been built upon and mostly surpassed but i'm sure all those songs were wild to experience back in the day.
The self titled tune, Electric Funeral and and Into the Void are heavy as fuck for today. When you've got the riffs you've got the riffs

Absolutely, I'm mostly a bass player and was roommates with a crazy good drummer and wr both strongly agreed to this. It's not even close. None of it is crazy technical but the flourishes and bass walks are interesting and they're JUST SOOOO TOGETHER ON STUFF
