It really is getting harder and harder to satirize real life. 40k was supposed to be absurd satire (not that it is anymore but thats another topic) with things like sacrificing soldiers to recover ~~cum~~ geneseed, killing thousands of people daily to power the ~~economy during covid~~ astronomicon, and keeping the ancient ruler(s) in a purgatory-like unknown status somewhere between life and death through the application of arcane technology far beyond the reach of the average person
they have the technology to bring him back for the midterms.
