It's funny that so much of the discourse around Mormonism gets tripped up arguing about the Trinity and drawing lines in the sand about what is and isn't Nicene Council approved "Christianity", it kinda misses what I think is the much more critical point: Mormonism is (for the most part) the average Protestant Yankee belief system, codified and given scripture.
