Asked whether a potential meeting would take place in the US or in a different place, Trump replied, "I don't know. I haven't really heard too much about it." He continued, "I didn't suggest it [a meeting], but some people have suggested it."

"If it happened, it would be happening. I'd be respectful." White House correspondent Peter Doocy, co-anchor of The Sunday Briefing for Fox News, then asked the president, "Do you think because Epic Fury killed his dad and his wife and his kid that he has hard feelings?"

Trump said, "Well, I would say I'm not his favorite person, but with that being said, he's probably a professional. In some circles he has a very good reputation, actually."

It would benefit the whole world if they arrange a meeting between Trump, hos cabinet and a bunch of frienly sahahed drones.

Watch him do it and Trump gets Khashoggi'd.

I didn't see a thing.

Are you confusing Mojtaba Khamenei with MBS? They are different shitty people.

Trump does meet with MBS all the time BTW.

[-] Furbag@pawb.social 3 points 1 hour ago

I'm aware they are different people, but it would be the kind of mafioso-style revenge that be somewhat fitting for someone as shitty as Trump.

Nobody tell him, let's see how it goes

[-] santa@sh.itjust.works 11 points 4 hours ago

He should totally try to meet them. I’m sure that’ll go over well.

Do it! He should go right now and meet him.

[-] Gates9@sh.itjust.works 27 points 7 hours ago

It would be really awful if Trump got shived in the throat by the Ayatollah. Truly tragic. Personally I’d be beside myself.

No no... Let him cook...

You always get a glimpse of his true personality that shows he’s actually medically insane, like diagnosable as not understanding emotions in others, not having a correct theory of mind in others. All he can consider is what’s in it for him. He’d look beyond someone killing his loved ones (loved used very loosely here) if the killer had a great “deal” for him that enriched him enough or gave him enough power or favors.

Do you think Trump would be super broken up if Don Jr, or Eric were killed by a bomb? He'd probably try to act like he cared for the cameras, but would he really care?

Given Mojtaba Khamenei's history, it's quite likely he's a psychopath. So it's very possible that he's closer to Trump's mentality than a normal person's.

It's odd how people assume that the enemy of of a narcissistic authoritarian sociopath that has the title of "Supreme Leader" and was personally involved with executing tens of thousands of people couldn't possibly be a narcissistic authoritarian sociopath too.

Hitler was a bad guy therefore Stalin must've been a decent well-adjusted person, right?

He is the final boss of NPD and a lifetime of never having ever been held accountable.

[-] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 31 points 11 hours ago

Hell, he probably paid the person who killed his first wife...

[-] BonsaiBoo@lemmy.world 48 points 11 hours ago

Let’s be honest.. he definitely never actually paid

[-] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 3 points 5 hours ago

Okay, well the point is that he made a deal with the killer. Whether he followed through on his end of the bargain is beside the point...

some people have suggested it

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Whenever a person tells me “well someone said”, the first thing I ask is “who?”… “well some people”…”give me a name”. Because half the time they’re making that shit up, and can’t support it.

I do that at work quite often, especially when a colleague or report says they have a blocker or can’t do something because “well they said”… “who is they? I’ll go talk to them. “

The other half they just don’t want to get the person in trouble or call them out.

"If it happened, it would be happening."

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what all of America has decided best represents their values and identity. Act accordingly.
