Barely wheezing at this point
What a surprise! /s
That's how fascism works, slowly, one small step at a time so the majority of the public barely notice the change...they only notice when it's too late - when it actually affects their lives...and that's when the mid-terms arrive.
It'll be too late...not just for free america but also for Europe/UK where trump's foot soldiers, (vance, rubio, and foreign agents such as farage in the uk), are already busying themselves planting the seeds of fascism.
Its incredibly frustrating to watch everyone slowly realize that we’ve been hit by a train when you’ve been telling everyone in the bus that we have been driving on tracks instead of pavement for the past 10 miles and the bus driver was laughing maniacally
To be clear, the US is nurturing the seeds of fascism, Putin I don't want to say planted, but found the strains and cultivated them.
What the political figures are doing is nothing compared to the cia and oligarch's machinations. It really is like that, worldwide fascist seizure of democracy, such as it is in it's sorry state.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee in Washington
Seems pretty basic that should be in the headline

After law school, Nichols was a law clerk to [Nixon and Reagan darling] Judge Laurence Silberman of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 1996 to 1997. He then clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1997 to 1998.
He looks like he puts ketchup on steak
And then claims it’s spicy
Just look at him; he's so white he cries milk and farts chalk.
Nichols agreed with the Republican Trump administration’s contention that it was too early to block the order because it has yet to be implemented.
The ol’ “easier to ask for forgiveness than permission” law I guess.
he and his entire family would have to show up at the polls in FL. That could be fun....
Don’t worry, they’ll carve out exceptions, that are ridiculously false, that happen to help him, his family, and friends.
Agonal breath is right.
