Found my 4L sistema food storage tub so doing the next chilli ferment in that today. Hopefully the ones down the beach haven't sploded.
By the end of all this I'm guessing (hoping) I'll have a fair bit to give away if all goes well which is nice.

Hello. Was in the real world with some amazing people for a break last weekend then back in a work hole this week. Now chilling with some rave choons and a lil bubbly and about to make tea. How's this winter start treating us all?
Saturdays are always a bit grim for me, as it's the osteoporosis pill day. Which comes with very inconvenient side effects but it's only one day of the week and the pills are working so I persist with them. Tomorrow is my best weekend day. Will update this time tomorrow.

Hot flushes have died right down which is a relief. Have upgraded to wearing a t-shirt to bed. Still no pants but it is early days.
Ah I have the amazing combo of a dodgy thyroid and peri menopause....last night I needed a snuggly long sleeve shirt..tonight I think will be a singlet. Stay strong Sista ๐ฅ

yay, I am wearing some old jeans that used to be too tight. I even have to wear a belt. It's nice to wear clothes that are not hanging off me. I must have lost 10 kgs this year . Another 10-15 to go. โบ๏ธ

it's been tough, had to cut dairy, have halved my coffee intake, am on day 12 of no lollies , losing weight was not intentional
I thought that was the case. As long as you're feeling better, the weightloss is a bonus.

it's warm, it's comfortable, practical
hers was already getting grubby, I suppose I would get grubby too if I slept on benches
and cute, she chose it because it's cute. She could be us, we could be her. ๐ญ

Why don't pizza cutters come with a sleeve? Rotary cutters do and so they should but a pizza cutter not always. I want one that doesn't want to bite me when I'm rooting around in my drawer.
I'm a tightarse and just use a chefs knife. One less thing to clean I guess.
My rotary pizza cutter comes with a cover. The one I actually use for cutting pizza is a rocker cutter, which is long and straight and sits neatly (and safely) along the side of the drawer between the drawer edge and divider tray.
Too dangerous to keep in a drawer, mine is on a shelf along with the mandolin.
How's the weather meant to fare today? I might wear the kids out with some letterboxing
