Saturdays are always a bit grim for me, as it's the osteoporosis pill day. Which comes with very inconvenient side effects but it's only one day of the week and the pills are working so I persist with them. Tomorrow is my best weekend day. Will update this time tomorrow.

Hot flushes have died right down which is a relief. Have upgraded to wearing a t-shirt to bed. Still no pants but it is early days.
