Hot flushes have died right down which is a relief. Have upgraded to wearing a t-shirt to bed. Still no pants but it is early days.

Ah I have the amazing combo of a dodgy thyroid and peri menopause....last night I needed a snuggly long sleeve shirt..tonight I think will be a singlet. Stay strong Sista 🥂
