Its likely not an AI cause it's way cheaper to just take a random Ukrainian and write such a video, most of us have flawless russian language skills and only a few details can give you up. Its isn't a real-time steam so you can work on eliminating that.

Now even if it's not a Ukrainian psyop. There are hundreds of millions of russians, surely there could be one that rants on camera. And the message here, well, it's not very pro-Ukrainian too, it's their favourite brand of "small men" apolitical survivalist, that would eat bark from the trees but won't even think to riot. If this is a genuine video, he isn't smart (in his own survivalist paradigm), as he just exposed himself with zero gains.

So the only useful bits from this video is the depression, and acceptance that their empire is losing it, and antimilitarist message. Maybe depression is a good thing short-term, as it strains already crumbling economy (people who enter survival mode don't spend), but a single emotion can't last forever.
