If this guy's lawyer is smart about this, they should ask for discovery on specific instances of insider trading that we know about like the Iran bombing bets made on Kalshi or similar platforms. It would probably be a quick way to get the case dismissed or at least settled out.

So they saw unusual amounts of activity on these prediction bets and likely subpoenaed the accounts involved. If the guy had been smart about it he would've had someone he knew put the bet in return for splitting the winnings. Make sure you aren't associated on social media or geographically close.

This guy tried to steal money from polymarket and they weren't having any of that. Immediately turned over every bit of evidence to the US justice department.
