Hm. Okay. Seems like a good vector for public health stuff. Free condoms, testing, education, etc.
back in the day, they were. big bowls of condoms everywhere, little packets of lube. often you'd see guys walking around with band-aids on their fingers from getting those pinprick HIV tests from some volunteer at a table set up near the entrance.
it was great.
