:yea: I quit vaping disposables because of the heavy metals in them, plus I was taxing my lungs in much in the same way smoking cigs was. I'm on low dose nic pouches now, sure I haven't quit nicotine but I figure in the spirit of harm reduction this is better. I like them! I noticed my appetite came back and I'm sleeping better.
good on ya.. i vaped for a minute before that was a real thing but they were way too expensive back then. then i got on the nicotine gum, then the generic kirkland gum + mints + pouches and was stuck on that shit for like 3 years before covid came along and gave me a nice 2 week period of no interaction with people where i could finally quit cold turkey
I never liked the gum, it always tasted bad or else I'd switch over to that. So far nothing beats on! brand nic pouches in coffee flavor.
kirkland's mint gum was tolerable for me.. after a couple years none of them bothered me much anymorel, i just needed the nicotine
