EMS radios have by and large moved to proprietary digital encrypted systems. It’s not like it used to be.
It’s also a federal offense to jam a frequency. I understand that legality is not the point of the post, but it’s a different space entirely than having a bucket and safety glasses at a protest. The FCC doesn’t screw around and if you jam a frequency that’s shared with fire and EMS (and modern digital radios do that) you’re not going to have the jury on your side.
