I realised today that I cannot actually remember the last time I felt relaxed. I'm so fucking tired.

I feel you, friend. The diagnosis definitely helped, but i still haven't gotten the sense of real rest and relaxation I've been hoping for, though medication does bring some quiet and mental clarity.

Just the ability to sit and watch a movie and not be constantly churning all the things I'm ignoring and really should be doing instead would be nice.

I'm not saying either way what has you tired and anxious, so definately still see a doctor. But have you also considered the fact that society itself is now built on the foundation that people need to suffer for billionaires to rub their nipples? You may feel the way you do because gestures to everything all of this is fucked up.

This is just defeatist and not helpful.

Hm, but at least it gives some perspective. If the external factors are so vast, we would benefit from developing strategies specific to those. And those strategies look different than what is necessary to deal with internal challenges.

Capitalism didnt make me start 10 hobbies to give up once the hyperfixation and dopamine from buying the supplies wore off or make cleaning the house simultaneously an impossible job and impossible to ignore.

I just want to stop pissing me off.

If you start blaming capitalism for everything you could have 11 hobbies. Just sayin'
