I've seen good results learning Mandarin using this learning system, and you should be able to adapt it for Spanish.
- Use LingoLooper (paid AI conversation partner app) to practice conversation every day until you're comfortable going to language learning discord servers for practice
- highlight sentences you don't understand well in LingoLooper and bookmark them
- export your bookmarks to an email, email them to yourself or use another method
- copy only the Spanish sentence to your Anki card
- add a word from the Spanish sentence you don't understand to a second field in the flashcard front
- get github.com/msjsc001/Anki-TTS-Edge installed and add speech to text of the entire sentence to the back of the card
- add a photo depiction of the word you are studying to the back of the card
- when studying Anki, rate a sentence as Good if you understood the word under study. Then try to exactly imitate the TTS speaker when you read the back of the card. It's important that you choose a TTS speaker who sounds natural in order to do this. For Mandarin I prefer Yunxi for this reason.
- limit Anki to an amount where you do a max of 30 minutes of Anki study per day. I have 13 new cards max and 130 max reviews. Anki creates learning debt so you must keep it under control.
This method lets you train speaking and listening the most while also training reading without excessive use of your first language, and should be very effective to help you make huge amounts of progress in Spanish. Once you reach a basic level of conversational proficiency you can start going to language learning Discord servers which will give you better feedback on what you are saying.
As for organizing-specific language you can translate a sentence you want to say from your first language in LingoLooper, then make a bookmark of it to study in Anki later. This will suffice to extend your general Spanish proficiency to organizing, and will give you a good enough starting point for you to start going out and talking to the people.
