It's so weird. I totally forgot that's a thing (not buff Stitch). They're one of the main reasons why I hated running in gym class, and I guess subconsciously, why I never wanted to exercise even as an adult.

I started running almost two years ago and haven't experienced it yet.

Seriously, nothing has ruined exercising as an adult as much as gym class. It took me YEARS after being out of school to finally enjoy running.
