The pawns just need to realize they're better of without a king and victory will be theirs.

If it's black's move black can play for a stalemate, but can still lose.
Did the top pawn change into another pawn? Dumb move. When he's been taken then maybe the next one can change into a Queen or something.

Ehhh, it's pretty difficult, but White can pull it off. It's easier if White got the secret armor earlier in the game though
