But ICE just changed their policy to keep out politicians. So, obviously, ICE can make their own rules. /s

DHS' new guidance states that "ICE field offices are not detention facilities and fall outside of the Sec. 527 requirements. ICE does not house aliens at field offices."
Ok, got it, so these are not detention facilities.
In their letter, the lawmakers take issue with this assertion. They say that ICE Deputy Field Director Bill Joyce recently confirmed that some individuals have been held at 26 Federal Plaza for multiple days.
Wait though, that's literally a detention facility...
They should have a rotating cast of congressman visiting every single facility every day until Trump dies
This is a dictatorship. The law only applies to non-MAGA.
DHS Better BEHAVE! Otherwise the Dems will put those Demands in WRITING!
