People make mistakes, I don’t get mad until they start making excuses for why they can’t fix my order.

Usually it's because they work in shit conditions for shit pay having to deal with all kinds of shit for 8 to 12 shitty hours a day.

The ideal would be no wage theft AND fixed orders.

Unless you are In and Out. Man that place does a good job with their employees. And it shows with the service you get.

If you drive up to a window to get substandard food served to you as fast as possible for the cheapest price served by underpaid workers who do not enjoy their job because they have no choice .... don't be surprised if things don't work out

That you also do not tip. Also don't forget how people desire to have those workers not merely stand behind a window but come outside despite the rain or searing heat.

After all, as John 13:14-15 says

If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to ~~wash one another's feet~~ let them eat cake or whatever. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you.

Meh. Tipping as a practice needs to die.

Better to use Ubereats or Grubhub and double the cost of your food while ensuring you eat it at room temperature an hour after you order it.
